The Palmon Group was established in 1974 in Mumbai, India and later moved its operations to Dubai in 1985. From our beginnings in India, to our move to Dubai and that first step into Dubai via Jebel Ali Free Zone, holding one of the first licenses issued, we have continually strived to develop new and successful opportunities in a range of industries and services. Here is a sneek preview of our heritage:1974 - Establishment of Palmon Exports in Mumbai, India as a garment factory with 40 machines1985 - Start of a new era; Palmon UAE Ltd sets up first manufacturing plant in Jafza, Dubai with 100 machines1987 - Expansion of garment business to Fujeirah Free Zone with 400 machines1988 - Acquired Wellworth Enterprises FZE to increase production for USA market with 600 machines - Diversified into air-condition business by acquiring CNA Air-Conditioning Ltd1991 - Opens first sales office in USA in the Empire State Building known as Palmon USA Inc.1992 - Group turnover reaches USD 150 million with 4000 workforce in garment sector spread across 19 operating factories.1993 - Acquires Collage UK Ltd a trouser and suit specialist and opens Palmon UK Ltd as a sales office and distribution hub1994 - Due to the ever growing demand a national industrial company is established to export to GCC - CNA Ltd LLC1995 - Increased demand led group to acquire large warehousing facility called Palmon FZE1996 - Establishment of Desert Blues FZE to retail excess production of various factories of the group2001 - Meher and Riddhima brand is setup as Dubai's first local fashion designer. Group's foray into the logistics business - FMCG Logistics LLC in Dubai2003 - Business Storage Solutions, a specialized logistics and storage company is started within Jafza. This is the first ever hazardous goods warehouse able to store chemical, inks and perfumes.2004 - Expanded with two facilities in Jafza for logistics services - FMCG FZCO - Desert Blues opens the first factory outlet in Jafza specializing in garments for men, women and kids.2005 - Seeing a niche in the market for services, Group invests in the setup of a security business - Secure Plus Security LLC - Commercialises operation of its interior and maintaince division meant to service only the Group's portfolio - Huget Design LLC - Exclusive tie up with SieMatic German kitchens for UAE, start of Palmonade Kitchens2006 - The Group's total logistic capacity reaches 1.8 million sq ft operating under 3 companies, Business Storage Solutions, FMCG FZCO and FMCG Logistics LLC - Huget Design wins the contract to interior design and execute complete solutions to Panasonic Middle Easts 50,000 sq ft offices including landscaping, external facades and complete interiors.2007 - Palmonade wins contracts to supply and install kitchens in Al Barrari Villas and appliances to Burj Khalifa 2008 - Palmonade opens the largest luxury kitchen showroom in the UAE on Jumeirah Beach road, signs exclusively with Ernestomeda, Valcucine, Keller and Gutmann to bring European's finest kitchen brands home.2010 - Palmon Group celebrates 25 years in Jafza and 35 years of existence. - Palmon partners with German Giant "C+P Furniture for people" to supply office furnishing solutions to UAE - SecurePlus workforce reaches 400 and prides itself on being the preferred contractor to most Fortune 500 companies2011 - SecurePlus adds Cleaning, Maintenance, FM and Valet Parking services to its profile in-line with clients requests to be able to offer a complete facility service.

Palmon Group is committed to the effective management of health safety and environmental (HSE) matters as an integral part of its business. Our goal is that our operations should cause no harm to our company stakeholders, clients, suppliers and contractors.The implementation of the HSE management system is delegated throughout the organization. As an integral part of business, every project manager, site supervisor or worker, is responsible for ensuring that adequate recourses are made available in order to achieve the objectives of this policy, every employee or sub-contractor will support and be fully committed to its implementations. Valcucine Valcucine is the first Italian kitchen manufacturer which subjects its products to rigorous German industry testing (GS). Cabinet carcasses are constructed of specific chipboard (low formaldehyde) and are P3 water resistant. Their dedication to Eco-friendly production has earned Valcucine UN ISO 144001 certificate.Lengthy research into materials and their limits of resistance has allowed Valcucine to revolutionize the furniture industry, making the first 100% recyclable base unit in glass of which some parts are in recycled aluminum. The production process of recycled aluminum has the advantage of consuming only one-twentieth of the energy needed to obtain primary aluminium. Traditional kitchens usually supply base units that are installed side-by-side which means that the chipboard side panel is doubled, reaching a thickness of 36mm; Valcucine, on the other hand, has developed the structure of its kitchen horizontally and has applied a single carcass side in glass that is only 10mm thick.

Towards the end of 2009, the company name was changed to Palmon FZCO with domicile in Jafza.
